Horrible customer service. 2 months to get glasses in, after they told me 2 weeks, with very little communication from customer service. Once the glasses came in they were the wrong ones. Once the correct glasses came in, I arrived the next day only to be told they lost them. Their explanation was that they probably shipped them back on accident. Asked for a refund, received a refund on the copay I paid. However now they are telling my eye insurance they don't do refunds and won't cancel the claim AFTER they already issued my refund for my copay. The customer service her is a joke. The front staff is incredibly rude. Save your sanity and money and go literally any where else.

My entire family has been going to Dr. Cory for years. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Cory is funny and knowledgeable. Would not think of going to another doctor!
