Great trail to enjoy the smoky mountains. This trail has Henwallow Falls and is well worth the hike to see it. I highly recommend seeing this part of the GSMNP.

For beginner hikers, like me, I would rate it moderate difficulty due to elevation change. If you haven't been able to get to the health club in a while, it's easy to forget how out of shape you are... Nice waterfall at the end.

Trailhead to the waterfall is easy to find, and there is a map of the campground at the ranger station which shows where you can catch the trailheads. It's about a 4 mile hike to the waterfall, the home to the falls is 80% uphill. This makes your return much easier. It is all well-marked and impossible to get lost. It is a moderately-difficult hike.

Easy, breezy, beautiful! Not too many people were on the trails. The water was stunning. The view from Sutton Ridge was nice. The rattlesnake sunbathing there was kind enough to alert me of his presence, too. I hope to go back to explore the other trails.
