I have ordered a Mixer here, it got delivered pretty quickly(3 days) despite of Corona situation. I found some problems and I wanted a replacement, the customer service was quick and responsive and very cooperating, i was able to send the item back and get a replacement pretty quickly. Really a good price and excellent service. I would recommend it. Thanks to Cosse.

Cosse keeps the returned item and my money. I ordered a dishwasher from Cosse, which broke after 4 months. I send it back to them 2 months ago, but they have not yet requested the return at Samsung yet, which is also their explanation as to why they shouldn't pay me back. My questions regarding this issue are left unanswered. I feel like I will only get my money back, if I contact a lawyer about this, The Samsung support hotline also suggested that.

Very unfortunate experience. Ordered a Jura E8 right before Christmas. Then being told on 21.12. that they have a mistake in the system and that the coffee machine is not available anymore and cannot be ordered. A not acceptable experience in today's E-Commerce experience economy, would not recommend to anyone. Very bad experience.

Vorsicht!!Schickt gebrauchte Ware Hygenearikel (Rasierer)in Coronazeite,Rückzahlung schwierig nur über Paypalrückerstattung möglich!! Kundendienst das aller letze!!!Wie kann mann sich sowas als Händler in diesen Zeiten noch leisten!! Den sein Kundendienst wenn genau so Arbeitet würd es mich nicht wundern wenn mal ne Hütte abbrennt!!Die sind sogar bei Amazon,Idealo und Geizhals vertreten! Unverständlich wie diese Plattformen so eine Firma vertreten können.
