I was tested positive for COVID 19 within a few days I received a telephone call from the surgery asking how I was. After 2 weeks I was still feeling unwell I contacted the surgery. The receptionists which I spoke were extremely helpful and polite. I would like to thank them for their help in these difficult times.

Staff have always been great, polite even when I've been panicking and near crying about medication, shout-out to Sharon the nurse who does my injections you're the MVP. Have only had two appointments with the doctors but they have also been great so far

Rude and unhelpful reception staff. I understand that the NHS is under pressure but a bit of compassion from staff would go a long way. People who call to make an appointment are doing so because they are unwell with either a medical or mental health issue and to be treated impatiently and abruptly by the person on the end of the phone can be extremely damaging for some more vulnerable people. Disgusted and appalled by our experience today.

Doctors seem to have no empathy felt like he was talking to a silly child. If I was not in pain or dare I say concerned about , my health do not appreciate how I was spoken to not rude, but extremely condescending
