Josh is an excellent sales manager! He was quick to respond, eager to help me, and understood my wants. My entire purchase process was almost completely finished before I even went to the dealership. Everyone who helped me at OC Auto was awesome. The salesperson who specifically helped me was Rod. I liked how straightforward he was about giving me information about each Jeep model I was looking at. He was also not pushy at all and transparent about the pricing. After shopping around for awhile at other local Jeep dealerships, I would see a price online and it would always be different after getting the final pricing in-store. Other dealerships always added on weird packages on at the very end between 2-4K. However, here at OC Auto the pricing I saw online is actually what I got, and they had the best pricing on the vehicle models I was looking at out of all the other dealerships. If you’re looking for a new Jeep and want to have a laidback and honest experience car buying, this is the place!
