Very well decorated and stocked with costumes, wigs, accessories. Have dressing rooms where you can try costumes on. Stuff is helpful, but not annoying. Huge plus that they open all year round.

Thank goodness for a costume shop that is open year round. They have so many costumes to choose from. You can choose to purchase costumes and they have a special selection of costumes that you can rent. They also have changing rooms where you can try on the costumes before you buy. I had to find an 80's outfit and they had a handful to choose from. In the picture, I purchased the skirt, leggings, lace gloves and headband from this store.
Wow. Just wow. Needed a costume for a super hero party for kids and parents. I found what we needed but there were so many fun things to look at explore. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Could have easily have spent half a day there. So much fun.
Wow. It's like being in Halloween land. Great fun to walk around and choose awesome pieces. They have things you never even thought you needed:) Wonderful experience.
One of the best places in Orange County to buy costumes for kids, adults and even pets. Great selection. I recommend going at least a month early before Halloween. A week or two before Halloween and it'll be swarming with lots of people and limited selection.

Staffing makes all businesses run, and boy does this place have staffing. Really friendly staffing that will point you right to what you need if they got it. If they don't have it they will also kindly tell you that. As a customer that is really appreciated. Thanks team!
Inspite of attentive staff, offering assistance at every turn, when asked about specific items could not answer. Even for an opinion. I would suggest less offering and more answering. I see know point to trying to help when youre not prepared to provide it. Or competent enough to.
