Their customer service is not too good id say 4/10 and if you contact them via their facebook page you can see they are not very responsive,I asked them if they have this component or how much this component is ex.GPU,PSU,RAM,CPU etc. They wouldn't reply and I can see that they already seen my message,they would answer SOME of my questions but RARELY and they would answer limited questions and the details are incomplete.I wouldn't stick only to this store if there were other stores nearby.I live a little bit far from their store and due to this pandemic it's difficult to find transportation and I am very busy,its risky for me and a waste of time if I go to their store just to ask the price of this or if there are available stuff like this,and it turns out i cannot afford it or maybe its incompatible to my system or maybe they dont have this item I am looking for,I hope you understand my frustration I also know a few people who has the same issue like me in this store.I hope you you fix this issue and I would rate this 5stars.
