Although I had a HORRIBLE time trying to sign up, I found that wonky systems are common to small biz in our market. Once I asked for a person, I had a great experience, both times. A young woman got me signed in, yes, 2 more fails, then I spoke to a young man, who got my data signed in. Although I was slow (to beat the fast delivery) in signing into the Bank Card option, the young man next on the phone at MERCY gave me a direct link, which got me there instantly. So, being disabled, I very much recommend MERCY . The prices are good, but the service is GREAT, and human, if you ask for one. The delivery device is awesome...scary? 4 hours it seems. Best, when I tangled up my order, the rep called ME

Mercy is my Favorite! There Bud tenders are always so knowledgeable. Customer service is amazing. I love that they Deliver. I usually get Brendan as my delivery driver. He's always so friendly, and on time. On this order an emergency popped up as soon as my delivery text went out, and I had to reschedule my delivery for a few hours later than planned. With just a quick text, back and forth with their customer service I was able to bump my delivery back a couple hours. I will always come back to Mercy. I'm super excited for their Santa Rosa location to open so I can check it out!!!

Online menu bait-and-switch with actual product. Once you get there it's a completely different ( lower) THC percentage. Save a trip, there's so many better choices available now. Really high prices, too, you'll never find an eighth under 35 plus tax. Update- tried to give em another chance, same exact thing. Funny how their 'honest mistakes' happen literally every time I come here, and are always a mistake in THEIR favor...
