Although are not on par with some of town's best. It still hold it's own. Slightly thicker broth, better protein processing, tender but chewy, no gamey-ness. Buras does taste better compared to other, savory, but, it's less firmer. Just inconsistency as a downside, 2 of 5 visit, the taste are a bit bellow standard. Best visit at morning, for freshest taste. While some consider it expensive, it is indeed cheaper at 30-35k range, compared to competitors.

Pertama kali kesini.... nyoba2 aja... dan ternyata enaakkkk... seriusan... hrga juga gak mahal... saking enaknya lupa fotoin ... td nyoba coto makassar... potongan dagingnya besar dan cukup banyak... kyknya bakal ksini lagi deh nanti... keep it up !!!!
