We were in the shop five minutes before the owner sauntered out and gave us a barely disguised filthy look. We asked him for a particular model of fire fan and he took about two minutes to answer. My husband said he'd take a a closer look at the fan to which he was told, in no uncertain terms, not to open the box. Couldn't really understand that as what had he got to hide? The fan was priced a good 20 over internet prices but we wanted to shop locally. We left the shop at this point as there was no way we would part with that sort of money to such a rude, ignorant pig of a man. The sad thing is, we need new fireplaces too so he has potentially lost out on thousands of pounds of business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
