Absolutely impressed from the first phone call with Ashley to the last email from Jermey. I had misread my court date for the 17th when it was the 15th(today). Extremely panicked since I haven’t had a ticket in over 10 years and now thinking I missed court (it was only 9am) I started calling around, I had one law office tell me my license was going to be suspended, there was nothing they could do for today and they would file for my court date to be reschedule for only 499 not including my courts fee or anything & my license would remained suspended until they sorted things out in court. I couldn’t believe that was my only option so I called the clerk of courts which she informed me i had not missed my chance to appear in court until after 3:30pm today since it was open court, I decided to call Cotton Law Firm to see if someone else would advise me differently than the last firm did... not only did I get unbelievably honest customer service from Ashley, she reassured me that they could handle my case today so I wouldn’t need to rush in without representation for ONLY 169 and if there were to be any fees or court cost. I was just blown away from the price difference to the integrity of doing & advising me in what could be done for my time sensitive situation and not once did I feel it was for the benefit of their pockets. I also just received the email from Jermey (as she promised I would in the afternoon) with amazing news. I’m so thankful for the quick service, 40 days to pay my court fee, keep my record clean and my insurance low. I would highly recommend Cotton Law firm... the price & professionalism is unmatched for sure !! Thanks so much again Ashley & Jermey !!!
