I have to say, I have never experienced a bonding process like this one before. I have worked with many bail bonds and none of them even come close to working with AA Best in Cotulla and Ms. Elsa. Ms. Elsa was very patient and understanding. She did not seem like she was in a rush like most bondsman are. She treated me with respect. Most bondsman that I work with have treated me like a criminal for bonding out a criminal. Ms. Elsa was not like that. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. We did everything by fax so I had to call her A LOT. She didn't mind. She helped me and walked me through it all. She is simply amazing. I've made a decision to only do business with this bail bonds from here on out. I definitely recommend them!
