We just enjoyed our first trip. We enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich and Chips and and salsa. For the beer, we tasted the extra pale ale, saison, and IPA. All together the food and beer were excellent (only feedback would be for largest bowls for the salsa). It was also nice to see And meet Kevin the owner.
Walked over to Counter Culture last night to resurrect what could resemble a \date night\. With tables that are now spread onto 7th Ave Counter Culture's kitchen and staff serve food and beer beyond the limits of the sidewalk. A storm appeared to be blowing over so we were grateful for the canopies that have been erected over the tables. Groups were spaced appropriately and the food/beer were hustled out. We watched as thorough deep cleaning ensued after every group left their table which made us confident in our decision to come here. The food is dynamite - would recommend their wings, falafel burger. A surprise was the grilled chicken on their Caesar salad. Not only was the chicken delicious, but the salad had roasted garbonzos and dried capers- dynamite. Always happy with their beers here as well. Enjoyed the Cazimi Hoppy Wheat Ale and the Ploughshare Saison is a standard go-to. Cheers
I loved the outdoor seating and the service. The Porter is an excellent pairing beer with grilled salmon sandwich on foccacia. I will try this again with the regular ale next.
Shocked how good the Porchetta sandwich was. Solid beers for a new brewery. I'll be back to explore more of the menu. •Edit: Came back a month later. Italian Chicken Sandwich was 5 stars as well. Don't even look at the menu. Just order the special of the day. I'm convinced it will always be killer.
