Messaged them about a truck and then Greg totally stopped responding, guessing the truck sold. Noticed they had another truck I like, but no thank you now. What a terrible way to run a business. At least have that professionalism and maturity to respond back if the truck sold.

Had my wife take my truck in for a DEF service light. I get the truck back they could not find a code or a problem . Less and two weeks later truck is being towed because of you same issues from an airport at the boarding gate.

Bought a New Silverado a few months ago. Had a great experience. Sales staff was knowledgeable. Took my truck in for its first service visit and was very happy with the service gal that helped me. Was done in less than an hour for oil change. Highly recommend so far.

Had a terrible experience trying to buy a vehicle at this dealership. Zero customer service. Both the salesman and sales manager were terrible. Went some place else and bought a nice vehicle. Looking for a second new vehicle in the next couple months and will not even waste my time with Country Auto. Update: Greg that is a poor response to a negative review. You should do better.

Well had the Jeep toed there for hard brake pedal and a hissing sound! They checked it out and called and said it needed front rotors, pads and calipers and 1real caliper. I told them the booster is hissing causing the problem. She said calipers will do the same thing. Well they put new rotors, pads, calipers in the front and 1 caliper on the rear. Well..... The next day they called and said the booster is bad!!! Really that's what I told you before all the work was done. Never again ever!!
