if you are considering using this company please think twice . they are happy to sign you into a 12 month contract but then do not turn up on a regular basis . they send invoices absolutely to the minute they are due but when you tell them that they haven't actually been to site they completely ignore you but still send reminders for the invoice . when they do send people they do absolutely no gardening which is what we pay for but just spend the whole time cutting grass with completely incorrect tools which takes twice the time it should. our experience has been that this company is absolutely useless

Show up occasionally for what should be regular maintenance. Don't do very much in the 20 minutes they are here, if they even bother to get out of the van. Have seen them drive in turn around and drive away again. Will do work that doesn't need doing in preference to maintainance that will take a little more time. Not sure how they have managed to keep the contract tbh.
Employees in their vans like to abuse cyclists for no apparent reason apart from being slightly retarded and not knowing the highway code
Very professional family run business. Been going over 35 years so a firm you can trust. They have a lot of specialised equipment and usually very up to date.
Paul came to spray all my gravel and paths for weed control. I’m very pleased with the work he did for me as he was so friendly and efficient . I would definitely recommend CGM. Marion Jones.
