This company operates with no customer integrity. They are concerned with the sale as oppose to customer service. They don’t back up what salesman has said. If salesman is off, they will sell the vehicle that he promised to let the customer examine, and will sell it right from under that salesman. Back up your salesman’s promise. The operation on the first come, first serve process that they have is just words. The told my daughter to come back on Saturday because they needed to check the vehicle out, but they sold the vehicle to another customer 2 days before my daughter was to come and look at the vehicle, without even a phone call to see if she was still interested in the vehicle. Where is the sales integrity to stand by what the salesman advise the customer to do. I will never set foot in this dealership again, and will let anyone I know to never trust their word. It doesn’t mean anything.

Big Country was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. The sales managers and finance manager were all respectful of our time and we never felt pressured. Would definitely recommend these folks!
