Norris has sold several homes for my sister DeAnna after the passing of her husband. He handled every sale and she would not use anyone else. He has and still is there to take every call and if he is not available he returns her calls within a timely manner. He was there for her when her husband passed even when she would just be there crying.

Seriously these people have no care for there jobs and can't take care of there tenents they rent to probably cause they dont make alot of money off of making people happy since it's not a huge sell or anything. We have been trying to get a washer and dryer fixed for 2 months and they haven't been able to send anyone to even come look at it and always just have an excuse! We've also been trying to get wrist bands for the pool for 3 weeks and they can't even return a call! We have had to go up there to get them and they are still \waiting\ on them. My question is why does everyone else that lives here get to enjoy the pool and other features obviously someone here isn't doing there job right! Island reserve is a beautiful place to live just wish the real estate company cared about the tenants! I guess I'm just going to have to contact the Home Owners Association if I want to get something done about it because these people obviously wont do anything!
