I'd say awful service if there were anything that resembled service in the first place. 40 minutes wait just to drop off a document and don't try and phone because of the 28 times I've called them I've never been able to speak to anybody. Case management is a joke, after repeatedly telling them not to book a court date for Fridays they send a date for a Friday. You can email and laugh at the poor grammar and mistakes on the auto-reply but it's Russian roulette if you get a human response. Truly the worst customer experience.

Trying to contact a named person clerk to the Tribunal is impossible. How am I to speak to someone who gives their name and job title on correspondence but no telephone number? Sadly I'm not psychic.
