Incompetent and useless, they sent out someone else's debt to my address tucked in with my partners, with his name and address and his debt of over 16,000. They then ignored an email of income and expenditure that they requested, even though they sent an email confirming they received and still sent a letter threatening bailiffs and saying the income and expenditure was not received. They are Shysters and amateurish, avoid at all cost.

I've just started using this service for the first time. I have nothing but praise for the service. As others have said. Waiting times to talk to an advisor are minimal. In my case, less than a minute. In my opinion, they go above and beyond, to ensure you submit full and correct details of your claim. I haven't gone through the mediation process, nor has there been a hearing yet, so my rating is based on my experience so far.
This is only a PostOffice (Royal mail) ,the name County Court Money Claims Centre it's wrong name!!!!!
Don't go there with sharp things in your pocket/bag they will take it off u. But otherwise not bad for helpfulness. It's also a bit like going to CAB
