I'm very happy I was able to have this doctor for my primary care doctor. She's very knowledgeable and caring. I recommend her to everyone.

Wonderful kind, caring Doctor. I was able to do a Telehealth visit. The visit was great to be able to check in with the Doctor and update her. She is respectful and a great listener. The office staff are very supportive, helpful and efficient. During these times I am very careful to protect myself and my family and the staff and Dr. go out of the way to help. Highly reccomended!

This was the worst experience ever in my life at a doctor's office. I was brand new and was in the waiting room completing paperwork. Now mind you when I checked in at the receptionist desk although the girl was sweet she barely said hello simply told me I had paperwork to fill out and put a stack of papers on a clipboard in front of me. There was no explanation no welcome no clarification of why I was there nothing. I sat down to begin to fill out the paperwork and 20 minutes later a woman's voice in a sharp tone said \ okay come back here\. I looked up and I said to her are you speaking to me? She said, sarcastically, well do you see anyone else in here? Stunned I slowly stood up and walked toward her to follow her in the examining area... she did not even ask my name or introduce yourself. I said excuse me what is your name? Without looking at me or even breaking her stride she said in a commanding tone...\Jenny.... you can walk over to the scale\. I stopped and said excuse me Jenny I don't think we're off to a good start you haven't even introduced yourself you didn't even ask my name and your attitude is quite unpleasant. I was feeling so spoken down to and being treated as a number or object that I said I would like to speak to the doctor about how i you I find you quite rude and unpleasant. Jenny just stood there looking at me and said I'll be happy to tell the doctor ...would you like me to put you in a waiting room ..we will have to charge you. I couldn't believe this woman's lack of social skills and lack of professionalism and hostility toward me. I then said this is not the place for me and I walked out utterly disgusted.. If that's the way that they welcome new patients and treat them then what kind of Medical Care could they possibly provide that would be of any benefit? I will be sure to tell all DOD employees to not use this doctor and they will complain to Aetna Insurance.

I find Dr Dannhauer to be very thorough, intelligent, sensitive and kind. Her staff is the same. I like that I can call when sick or with questions and receive a response immediately and they know me by name. I started seeing Dr Dannhauer after my primary care doctor of 20 years started taking walk in patients which caused long waits for appts and long waits for first come first serve when sick. Final straw was after having to wait over a week to hear from Cathy Robinson about my abnormal EKG. Thank you Dr Dannhauer and staff we need more people like you that care more about people then money. .
