My claims pending for more than 40 days after 60 days of purchase which means totally more than 60 days and they keep it on hold there is no one to answer you on an issue better try to find other portals for cashbacks

They have redited 50% points earned by me after 13 weeks after some follow up. Few points are not yet credited from Pizza Hut. It looks like that, some vendors are not giving commission on time and hence the points are not credited even after 4 months. So overall, it is not worth to spend your time and productivity on coupondunia and look for more efficient web site for cash backs.

I have been using this Web portal and the coupon offers for past one year. Firstly it is taking very long time to confirm the cash back - even after being informed by company that it will be processed in estimated process time of 1-2 months, they are unable to confirm. It seems they have no control on their vendors whom they are promoting. Further I am eligible for joining bonus and have to comply for certain conditions. which are complied by me, but the system still does not recognise the transactions and i am still following with the company for the joining bonus for past 15 days and they have a standard reply being received by me which i hae shared as an attachment. It has been really a frustrating to use this webportal. Better to stay away and use other competitive web portals.
