Great service. I've never been there and seen a busy. Not because of the place in general , more because of the items being sold. They have a great selection of outdoor equipment and clothing. A little more on the high-end scale. So bring your checkbook.

Exchange or store credit for a regularly priced item bought 3 weeks ago?! Who gives this kind of customer service nowadays and stays in business? I suspect they will go the way of Valhalla before long if they don't change. Shop MEC. Their prices are generally better anyways and they will virtually take anything back, no questions asked!
