Courtesy Auto Service and Tire is my new go to for all my car repair and maintenence. After having a routine maintenance check on my car at a dealership service department I was told that I needed a leak repaired. When I called to schedule the repair this other car shop wanted 140 to "diagnose" the problem. I already had it in writing what the problem was so why were they going to charge me another 140 on top of the seal repair? Thank goodness for Scott and his crew. There was no leak to be repaired. Professional, helpful, honest and dependable. Give them a try. You'll be happy you did.

I used to joke (sadly) that the cost of servicing my car every six months at the dealership started a 2,000 and went up from there. After years of paying excessive, and maybe unnecessary expenses, I found the antidote: Courtesy Auto Service in Tacoma. They are professional, embrace today's technology, efficient and reasonably priced. Since COVID-19 closed their waiting area, they offered a loaner car for less than the cost of a one-way Uber ride. They serviced my vehicle within the time they estimated and at a lower price than they initially quoted. (Whoever heard of that?) Their invoice contained a link to a webpage explaining the "Digital Inspection" of my vehicle along with photos showing the tires, exterior lights, air filter, etc. My favorite picture is looking inside the washer fluid reservoir, showing they filled it to the top! I plan to see them in six months and six months after that, etc.

Wonderful place! I rely heavily on google reviews when moving to a new place. This place did not disappoint. Called with nothing entirely specific other than an oil change. I just wanted everything checked over, and a couple noises looked at. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning. Was able to get one of their rental cars for the day, and was on my way. Not only did they communicate through text messages (which I love since I can't always answer the phone), they have a link to photos of things checked on your car. They also have notes that go along with everything they checked. I was able to call and discuss anything that needed to be done now, and what to keep an eye on. The price was extremely reasonable, and we will be going to them in the future for both of our vehicles.

This place is great not only do they do my company vehicles and do an amazing job so that my drivers can get out on the road in time but I also bring in my personal vehicles Bob , Scott , and Doug have great customer service and are very kind and professional and great work to their team in the shop as well thanks so much definitely will stay coming back!

Wonderful customer experience all around. My car was dropped off first thing in the morning and needed a lot of work. They checked in with my husband and I throughout the day to make sure they did all of the work we wanted (new brakes, oil change, new battery and new tires). Upon leaving, Bob made sure that we had a copy of our rebate in hand and was so friendly throughout the check out process. Will definitely be going back for service in get future!

Was a great experience. I had a diagnostic test done on my Jeep they found the issues I was having. Fixed them in a very timely and cost effect mannor. I would highly recommend this place.
