I decided to do laser hair removal in this clinic, I signed a contract for doing 8 courses and I paid the first payment which is about 95 and it will be monthly, I booked an appointment for the first course but the problem of Covid19 pandamic happened and they cancelled the oppoinments, they continue to get my money (direct debits) even they closed, I called them to stop get the money until at least I start the courses! I send email that I want to stop the payment and I told them that I returned to my home country as my government returned all the students and I told them I want refund and cancel the payment as I don’t know when I can return to UK, they refused and want to get my money even that I didn’t get any courses and even that I CANNOT return to Uk at this time, and why would you get my money while you didn’t provide any thing to me!!! IF YOU GET MONEY FROM SOMEONE WITHOUT PROVIDING ANYTHING, THAT’S CALLED STEALING! YOU MUST RETURN MY MONEY! Poor company, they don’t care about the customers, they only care about money!

Loving the microdermabrasion treatment here. I felt that my skin became smoother after the first and second treatment. The staffs are always friendly. Highly recommended! Looking forward to my next treatment:)
Absolutely wonderful clinic! The staff are so hospitable and kind. They really make you feel welcome and in safe hands. I am extremely happy with my treatments as well. All in all I couldn't have asked for more!
Good results from the first treatment. The staff are really helpfull and you feel welcome. At some point there were some small issues with the machine which caused me to miss one of my treatments. After fixing it the kindly offered me a complementary treatment in order to get the desirable results.
I've had a lovely experience at this clinic, everyone has been very welcoming and I even got a free light treatment because I had purchased a course of treatments. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
