My daughter (a junior kindergarten student) has recently started education at Kumon. Her experience starting from her entry test to date is fantastic. She takes out time by herself after coming from school and getting comfortable that she wants to complete her Kumon homework. It indeed speaks a lot about my child's interest and quality education material provided by Kumon. As advertised, the institute has a child-centered approach where they offer the material / content based on the child's ability and progress. The teachers while being with my child encourage, praise and correct her time to time to ensure best comes out of her. The instructor (Mr. Mo) timely and effectively communicates with parents relating to class schedules, progress of the student and/or any other concerns/information. We feel the team at Kumon of Oshawa-South does an outstanding job with not only our kids, but with all of their students. We believe in the Kumon method and the instructors at this location have helped our kids improve their math and reading skills by leaps and bound within a short amount of time. We also understand that this is not a short term decision and we feel confident that together we are building a strong foundation for our kids to learn and grow throughout their grade school years. The team is made up of genuine, humble people, who are doing this for the right reasons and we couldn't be happier with putting our kids in Kumon at this location. Thank you Mo and the team!
Kumon Oshawa South is run by true professionals. They sincerely care to build the very foundation children need to thrive in Math & English! My child benefited hugely by attending this center. Children are engaged and happy to be there, so are the employees. Many parents spread good words about the center, enough for many other parents to enrol their kids. My children have been going to Kumon for a few years, and I can honestly say the program has been great, as it challenges and motivates them academically. Mo and the team provide a supportive learning environment where children feel welcome. Mo goes above and beyond, and takes time to connect and learn about each child as an individual. I recommend this location and guarantee you won't be disappointed!
Mo is very polite, very caring with the children and an excellent tutor. Both of my kids attended his center for years and their math skills improved drastically. This really helped them get a foundation in math as well as it improved their self steem. Sending my kids to Mo's center was the best decision I ever made.
The Oshawa Kumon Staff are very dedicated and committed for the kid’s development. I really appreciate the way they engage kids in all activities which make them interested to learn Math and English. I have seen my child’s confidence and growth after joining Kumon.
My sister used to come to Kumon and enjoyed the work. It helped her become quicker with math, and also strengthen and feel better about her English skills. This place has helped her boost her self esteem and keep her busy, especially during quarantine.
The environment of Oshawa Kumon is very friendly and caring for kids. All stuffs are very caring and dedicated for the development of all kids. As a parent I am very happy with the progress of my child. I also appreciate the way they are maintaining the Covid Safety precautions.
