The polish does not wear off or chip. I go monthly because my nails grow fast but the polish is exactly how it was when I first got them. They also are very creative and artistic. I highly recommend getting designs on your nail. You can show them a picture of what you want or just describe it to them. You will not be disappointed.

This is my new favorite nail salon! She was super easy to schedule with and was so kind and accommodating when I showed up, even saying good bye by name! My technician was great and friendly, providing a comfortable experience the whole time and easy to talk to about my different requests. The salon over all is very clean and well run with lots of options for services and colors. I will definitely be returning the next time I want my nails done!

This is by far the worst nail salon EVER. I live in Toronto and typically go to another salon but was home for an event and had a nail emergency. I decided on this salon because I had gone once before for a pedicure and what I usually get for my nails isn't difficult to replicate. I explained and showed pictures to the owner what I was looking for, they had me wait and another lady started working on my nails. I stopped her once to tell her that this isn't what I wanted and it was wrong, and the manager, the owner and an employee all came over to explain that it was correct and would look atural\. After the nails were done, I then again said I was very unhappy and this isn't what I wanted. They very angrily fixed them afterwards for me, and they still looked AWFUL. I should also add in there that the owner cut my finger while trying to redo the nails extremely aggressively and made me bleed! After when I went to leave, they charged me 10 less. THE NEXT DAY, the nails were ALL chipping and breaking. You can even see around my nails they didn't even clean up the cuticles or anything. I didn't even bother to go back because they didn't do anything for me the first time and there was no way I wanted anyone there to touch my nails again. Juuuust brutal. 45 down the drain.

When I heard about Nail & Spa I did my research it was rated top of the line in services. After my first encounter I will not go anywhere else. The owner is the best of the best and he treats all his clients like royalty. I enjoy the finer things in life and I know I can get that when I go to Nail & Spa. The owner always does the best job on my nail, I just let him tell me what he will do and it always comes out perfect. I highly recommend to anyone to try Nail & Spa and you won't want to go anywhere else again.
