Felix and the optometrist at the 65th Street location of Couture Optical are top notch! They are very kind. Felix spent so much time with me to make the best decisions for my three glasses. Felix was able to even pick a pair for me that are gorgeous! I will definitely return and greatly appreciate the quality customer service I received!

When all retail was shut down during the pandemic, and I kept straining my eyes on my laptop, I ordered a new pair of high-end prescription glasses online. When the acetate framed glasses came, they were horribly lopsided and tight, causing terrible headaches. I went into Couture Optical and Vlad was very helpful. He put the glasses under heat, removing the lenses so they wouldn't get damaged. A lot of trying on, adjusting, etc. He was patient and diligent though the whole process. The store is clean and cheery and they do exams there. I am writing this review now on my laptop with my perfectly fitting glasses.
