Artemisia: La Clandestine and other fine Absinthes Reviews | Rating 3 out of 5 stars (5 reviews)

Artemisia: La Clandestine and other fine Absinthes is rated 3 out of 5 in the category food & beverages. Read and write reviews about Artemisia: La Clandestine and other fine Absinthes. We specialise in absinthe, offering the very small batches made by Swiss master distiller, Claude-Alain Bugnon, to the world. La Clandestine, made to the 1935 recipe of moonshiner Charlotte Vaucher, is now in 25 countries and is the leading absinthe in markets as far apart and as different as Canada (Quebec) and Asia (Malaysia). Hand-crafted in the birthplace of absinthe in embarrassingly small batches and probably the world's most famous "blanche" absinthe, La Clandestine is now joined internationally by its two "verte" sisters, Angélique and Butterfly, a 1902 absinthe originally from the USA. The portfolio now offers an absinthe style for all drinking occasions and for current and future lovers of absinthe: a style and strength that may be more suitable for those just starting their absinthe journey, and more herbaceous, stronger blends which will appeal to the absinthe connoisseur and lover of cocktails.
