I love them! Dr. Prince is my daughter's pediatrician, & she is awesome. I never feel rushed, I get my questions answered, & their sliding scale billing system for the uninsured is awesome. So grateful I found them.

Terrible customer service, they I have no problem making you wait but when you call to ask for 5 minutes they will turn you done.

The front desk woman are so damn rude they don't care to help just the paycheck, they never answer, fire them and get new ones that do care to help and know how to do their job right, and understand they can't mix the profecional with the personal.
