4 days ago I believe that you get what you pay for with carpets and the product here is no exception. The service we experienced on the other hand was pretty terrible. This ended with very unhappy, although polite carpet fitters at my property and an equally unhappy customer (me). I ended up having awkward conversations with the fitters while we tried to rectify the fabrications made up in shop. I felt lied to from the start by the store, who even attempted to charge more for a service I eventually discovered they don't even provide. With my experience I'd suggest avoiding and ordering your carpets from one of the many other carpet shops in Coventry.
