Beautiful premium accommodation with great on-site security. City Village was an excellent choice for me as a First Year student.

Expensive with a small room, and the company do not provide any proper and reasonable help during the quarantine time in the UK. The other accomdations (many) will still help to receive the parcels during the quarantine time, but they do not. Others will give the refund to the students if they choose go back to their countries and not continue their contracts, but they do not. In short, during the critical time, they prefer to stay inside the reception office but not to provide help. They answer phone call and email but they just say SORRY, WE CAN'T HELP. Comparing to other arrangement of other accomdations, I would suggest not to choose this apartment, but go find another nearby. CHEAPER! MUCH BETTER!

Good dormitory but very difficult to take deposit back. I do not receive my deposit so far. I try to send email to you but it is always bounced back. Many my friends who live in CV also meet the similar situation. Can you please response our request on the depositprotection? The state is always 'waiting the landlord response '

The worst company with no responsibility at all, especially handling the situation during the conoravirus time! The place is clean, but the place is very small!!! While the price is very high comparing to the accomodation nearby. Not reccomanded at tall because of the bad service and high price.
