Rude staff. I indicated I was there by ringing bell carried goods off myself looked round the corner to see if after 10 minutes waiting and was met by a large man who's attitude was nothing short of disgusting. I apologised for looking round an area that was stated no unauthorised personnel as I was unsure anyone was coming out to me and told him there was no need for the bad attitude when I was told I dont have a bad attitude! What he didnt realise is that I'm covering staff shortages and that I'm the boss of the whole transport company and I will be making a complaint! This is the problem with this country and its workers 100%
