Wonderful, All members of staff are friendly and so Helpful. ( I understand during these times, they are following the safety guidelines,. Before visiting the surgery, emails sent to me & phone calls made to me asking for details & photos of problem with our pet rabbit, Cinnamon Again once, at surgery ( safty guidelines in place, which are to be followed.) The vet Ed, explained at each stage, what was happening & treatment was needed, also how to give the medication, with a follow up phone call checking on Cinnamon's health a week later. I highly recommend, praise & Thank the staff at Coventry PDSA Pet Hospital.

Fantastic service from the team at PDSA Hospital in Coventry. After a sleepless night and a poorly kitty I was able to get an emergency appointment on the same day. Team were welcoming and supportive and the vet was brilliant and explanatory.

I have had to use the PDSA pet hospital over the weekend to treat my daughter's little dog as my vets isn't open over night. They welcomed us Covid securely, and looked after our dog with great care. The staff were kind, helpful and reassuring. I was able to phone for updates at any time . Very impressed. Fortunately our pet insurance is helping with the cost.
