I have been in to see Lizzy and her team for two different sports related injuries in the past year. The team is knowledgeable, friendly and provide the right level of support needed to help return you back to normal. Its not particularly easy to get an immediate appointment and this is testament to how popular/busy they are. I highly recommend the team at Coventry Physiofirst.

I highly recommend lizzy and the team at physiofirst. I suffered from a slipped disc and sciatica. After four months of being out of work, a lot of pain, strong medication and slow referrals from the hospital I started sessions with lizzy. After 5 sessions I was off my medication, back at work and starting to feel like myself again. Lizzy gave me exercises that were tailored to my condition and my body. Her knowledge and advice is priceless. Everyone at the practice is incredibly supportive, friendly and helpful. I know that even after being signed off if I need anything in the future they are only a phone call away.
