The coat I brought in was from a second hand store. Neither the stains nor the smell was removed. There were some hairs on it when I brought it in and the coat had the same ones on it when I picked it up which leads me to believe they actually didn’t do anything with the coat and just gave it back.
I've taken my suits here quite a few times and can't say I have any complaints...staff seemed ok, dry cleaning seemed ok. Glad they have extended their opening times recently as it was difficult to get here after work. Lost a star because: i'm not keen on having multiple plastic tags punched through the lining of my expensive suits just to attach dry cleaning tags. It leaves holes. Surely it can be done in a way that doesn't damage the suit liner?
