Purchased a Lexus ES300H F-sport and my purchase experience throughout has been outstanding from initial enquiry to completion. I was reticent as to how an on line purchase during restrictions would meet my needs. My sales executive (Ryan) was professional, knowledgeable and wonderfully courteous and his communication throughout was first class. Even when a small amount of after sales attention was required the result was similarly excellent. COVID measures were robustly in place and the dealership demonstrate effectively how retail can evolve to challenges. Highly impressed with Listers Lexus Coventry and the staff with whom I had interaction. I would unreservedly recommend this dealership to the most discerning of purchasers.

Its a bit pricey but the service is great from the reception to the service advisor Sarah. I was kept informed while my car was serviced and the car sounds and drives fantastic after the service. My Lexus has been fully serviced at the Coventry branch 8 times now and would like some loyalty discounts or offers to keep me coming back again. Cheers.
