Online says they close at 1030pm drive across town as the walk in centre have sent the prescription there and she rudely advises me their closing. She closes the door walks off arrogant woman. Why is this chemist hiring such terrible staff need to learn some manners how to deal with the public. People need these medicines for a reason as they not well. Update your working hours online idiots.

Visited today for just a single item off the shelf... Been told to \go somewhere else as they're too busy\. It's just wrong to be treated like that when in need for an important medicine ASAP. Horrible experience. Had to suffer at work for an entire day.

On Thursday I waited an hour to see a doctor for a prescription. I went to the pharmacy where the pharmacist told me that the wait is 30 minutes. So I sat down patiently and after half an hour I got told to come back at 3pm because my medication isn't available at the moment. I called the pharmacy on Friday as my med wasn't available. Pharmacist took my phone number and said that she will call me back soon. I have never received the phone call or my prescription. I had to order it from Pharmacy2you, paid 27 but at least received next day. Obviously it was important for me to start the treatment ASAP. Disappointing service.

Had gone to purchase some medicines today, even in these times , these pharmacist are so unprofessional and incompetent. After asking me ten questions she says she can not give advice. I have a bad pain and these useless pharmacist just wasted time. I got a prescription from the NHS helpline and these people have no clue on how to process it ,all I could hear was giggling behind the counter. The hospital should seriously consider replacing the pharmacy staff.
