They do their best, sometimes its not possible to answer everyones call first

spent a long time listening to recorded message telling me they were busy and asking me to go on line for a call back seemed complicated but after five or six messages eventually \\I was told that I could press 1 and I would be kept in the queue and called back when my turn was forthcoming after waiting approx 2 hours no call back not a good service needs more operators ,this is costing people by having to hang on phone

They take forever to answer whatever time I ring I've been on the phone 25 minutes now and I either am on the phone forever or get cut off it's a pain
