The Forge Black Rock Steakhouse

With the help out to eat out and the coronavirus we struggled with our staff to maintain social distancing with the closure of many businesses in and around Derby an increase in customers to the Forge BlackRock Steakhoue. Senturian security Helped us out with supplying presentable Door Staff to meet and greet our customers to explain the rules so we could maintain our Covid secure premises. Thank you.

One of the owners Salva is very rude, he approached us offering security k9 services whilst I was leaving my office. He then turned very abusive and sped away in his car after I turned him away. For a owner of this company this is unacceptable.

Security in masks?! Yesterday I was shopping with my family at Rushton Lakes Shopping Park and I approached a member of Senturian Security to ask for direction, he was wearing a black balaclava type mask over his face which I thought was very intimidating. He proceeded to tell me that he didn't like customer service and people asking him questions, turned his back on me and continued on his mobile phone. Utterly disgraceful considering this person is meant to make you feel safe. Very unprofessional
