I stumbled upon this flooring store upon shear accident and glad I did. This store looks unassuming from the outside but on the inside, you have a great selection, reasonable pricing and fantastic customer service. My experience with both Joanna and Dorothy were great. Joanna was so helpful in assisting me with my tile selection. I told her what I was looking for and instantly she found what I wanted. Both were pleasant, helpful and had excellent customer service skills. I would certainly recommend Covering Concepts if you are ever looking for customer service and selection.
