Great first time experience! Office staff is thorough and polite. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire place. The dentist took her time on my son and explained everything with care. I've struggled finding my son a dentist I was comfortable with in the past and will definitely be continuing all his dental care needs with Dental Kidz Club of Covina.

Bigger place enough space for distancing we like it. So many changes because of the virus but they are all treating the patients professionally. Thank you for being thorough with everyone; from checking each and everyone's temperature before going in and keeping patents aware of the changes due to the pandemic.

So this business usually makes us wait 30 minutes to an hour. Today we were 18 minutes late and we were advised to come back on a new date, because they now “allow 15 minutes” to arrive for your appointment. That’s interesting considering we were just here a couple weeks ago and had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. In the 10 plus years we have been coming here, we have NEVER been seen ON TIME. Time to find a new children’s dentist.

My 6 kids have been coming here since they were little and my oldest is 21 now (which she is still mad she aged out to come here lol).. I'm in love with the new building and such an upgrade from the old office.. the staff is on it with the cleaning and keeping the families safe and social distancing.. Good Job Denal Kids Club

The ladies here were top notch. I took my 5 year old son here for what was his first trip to the dentist. I knew something was wrong as my son had been weeping in pain every time he ate. His first trip to the dentist turned into a mini root canal and filing. My son was terrified and screamed his way they the entire appointment. These doctors and nurses were so patient and professional. I would take my son back here in a heartbeat. Thank you ladies for taking such good care of us
