Worst escrow company, ever. They don’t answer their phones or return calls, ever. Beyond dissatisfied. They delayed our closing process by not sending documents out when expected. A week went by before anyone returned any calls or emails regarding documents that they should have sent out days before. They cost me almost 500 dollars for a service I had waived(termite repairs) which they sent the lender the termite report, when they shouldn’t have. It was either use the company they work with or extend the closing by 3 to four more days and pay 90 dollars a day for every day the closing is delayed....Would give them 0 starts if the review allowed it. They have no respect for their clients. I am beyond disappointed that companies like this exist. And when asked who sent the termite report...no one can answer or take responsibility. The only reason we are working with this company is because the seller’s agent pushed for us to work with Ticomo Valley Escrow.
