This is one of the best things to do in Houston. The instructor is fantastic and the flight is really incredible. My teenage son and I both loved it.

Since most of the posts here are reviews of one-off flights, I thought it might be helpful for me to talk about the lesson packages instead. I've just completed my first solo flight after having spent the last few months learning from Mark and Ty (who flew tandem with me) and Tiki (who pilots the tug). Throughout the whole process they were in constant communication with me and with each other about my progress and what I needed to work on. All of the instructors did a great job of both encouraging me in order to to keep my confidence up, as well as giving me critical feedback so that I progressed safely. The regulars who fly at Cowboy Up are always around to share their wisdom and their stories, and the whole process has been extremely rewarding. I can't recommend enough that if you've ever thought about learning to fly, you call them and give it a try.
