Poor support from emergency gas number. Reported a boiler gas leak and was advised they cannot do anything with it because the leak is internal and they only deal with external issues. Yet the national gas emergency contact can't deal with LPG and they advise to call your supplier and they say nothing can be done as well. So it's just shut off and neither my supplier or national gas emergency can do anything apparently. Cheers

Dreadful customer service and reliability. Avanti Gas increased our tarrif by 39% in the second year of our contract! This week we have been billed for a delivery of gas which was never made. Avanti insisted 597 of gas had been delivered on 24th January. There was no delivery note and had been no delivery. We have had to argue our case. Fortnately, we have photographs of our metre readings. They have agreed to issue a credit note. Avoid this supplier- a catalogue of disasters
Unreliable, dont turn up when arranged, don't call back and altogether unacceptable customer service.
