A real pleasure to deal with. Great support from everyone at Lancasters with whom we dealt. From Ben initially showing us round the property and giving us great local insight, to Stella who could not have been more helpful during the purchase. The team is super responsive and very professional. The were always on hand to give advice and reassure.
All the staff at Lancasters have been so helpful. I have dealt with staff in both the Lettings team and the Sales team and they have been so friendly yet professional, easy to contact and always get back to me with any help I have needed. Alexis and Stella in particular, but also the rest of the team have made my experience of managing my rental and completing my sale so much easier! The communication between the teams has made the whole process seamless and I would 100% recommend them!
My experience with Lancasters has been nothing but positive. From day one they have been very pro-active and professional and nothing was too much trouble. The flat they sold for me had some issues and the sale took a lot longer than it should have, but the service I received was perfect from beginning to end. Because of the issues I feel some other agents may have lost interest. I can't praise them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely use them again, if the need arises.
