I agreed to pay up to 75 to have an Ibanez cleaned and serviced. I specifically said, call me to discuss anything you find that might cost more. A few days later they called to say the guitar is ready and the bill is 95. The shop told me it needed extra work but played perfectly now. 95 later, I got the guitar home and plugged it into my amp, only to find the volume control crackles and fades in and out. Suffice it to say, i will never set foot in Willy's again, nor would I recommend them. Very poor. Regarding your reply: I didn't qibble over the 20 in store, as despite you not keeping to our simple agreement on the agreed price, you told me that it was now clean and working perfectly. The guitar indeed looked very nice. As for returning the guitar to you. No. If you tell me it is all sorted when it is no such thing, I refer you to my earlier comments. I'll take the guitar to Amp Tech in Wootton, as while further to travel, at least their work is top notch.
