My Bosch dish-waster broke down because I was dumb enough to let broken ceramic fall into the drain and cram-up the motor. I called a service technician and Garry R. came over and took care of me. I was amazed at how quickly he got everything working again, and the size of the piece of broken ceramic he pulled out was as big as my thumbnail. I wasn't sure what to expect but this was some of the best service I've received, thanks Garry!
