I’m giving it three starts for the hair processing(even though it’s not close to the color I wanted). The left back side of my head has a huge chunk missing that’s completely uneven with the right. Wasn’t able to really see my hair till I looked in the mirror this afternoon at the back of my head:(. I paid 175 and now my hair is not even:/. I’m really disappointed in how hopeful I was with scheduling at a new salon. Especially since I cut off over six inches of hair that took me over a year and a half to grow. Thanks

Went to get my boys hair cut Friday. The woman working left the store to get a drink next door with us still in the store. I asked for a fade be done on my boys. It wasn't. The clippers she was using kept pulling my boys hair! The only place that was available at that time. Will not go back. Hope this helps.
