After a mix up with the vets, James from cpc Sheffield went out of his way to fast track tibsys cremation, and was always in contact with me about what was going on. I found James a lot more helpful than my own vets.
Hi I'd just like to say thanks for the little urn for our little lad Eric, it is beautiful also thanks for looking after our little man,it was also nice to meet you,he is with his paw print and some of his hair in a vial. Lee&Vicki Dave&Mabel our other 2 dogs.
Would recommend these had a few problem with the last name at first when my dog was picked up but a lady nicely changed it to my last name as they was a mistake at either the vets end or there end but after everything was sorted I finally got my babygirl back thank you so much
Amazing place with amazing staff thank you so much for looking after Alfie he deserved the best and you definitely gave him that... highly recommended for anyone who's looking for that extra special goodbye, couldn't of found a better place
