yup it's ME!

BEWARE!! Your information is NOT secure. Took my phone to get it repaired and was given someone else's. Could be that all mexicans look alike because I was given another's open phone complete with bank and social media info! BEWARE! Also, as another customer in front of us was talking to the guy at the counter he had no mask and eating as he was talking to the customers. Very unprofessional!! This place used to be awesome! What happened? Fees for the services is on the fly as they talk to you so hang on to your wallet, as well. This will be the last time I set foot in this place!! Shop around, there has to be other better phone repair services around!

When I dropped the phone off. I asked how long it would take? The tech told me to come back in an hour. It was 240 pm. I came back at 345pm and he wasn't done. At 4pmhe came out with the phone and took a dollar off for ever minute he was late. Now that's what I call honoring your word.
